Our September newsletter - Tarot, Homeopathy, Women's Group, Fall Gift Fair

There’s something about the first subtle whisper of autumn that shows up at this time of the year.

It’s a reminder about the importance of listening to those tiny clues that speak of intuition and wisdom in my own life.

And I like to help others learn to listen for the subtle whispers in their own lives. Fall is transformation –a good time to ponder how our own lives are transforming – and what seeds we want to plant for next year.

~ Karen Carnabucci, MSS, LCSW, TEP

You’ve been asking about Tarot...

And we have Tarot. Karen Carnabucci will teach three Tarot For Self Discovery classes starting  this Saturday, Sept. 25. Then there's more on Oct. 9 and Oct. 23. Take one or all -- please bring our own Tarot deck.

Our homeopathic  programs with visiting practitioner Marybeth Buchele in August have proven successful. She'll be back for two programs – How To Make Your Own Flower Essence To Ease Life's Challenges and Healing Winter Colds and Flu the Natural Way in October.

Robin Mitchell, Milwaukee artist and bodyworker, will offer an open art studio starting Oct. 7 through December. Attend as many studio sessions as you like and experience the healing power of the expressive arts.

And -- more Constellation groups through the end of 2010 including a powerful all-day group retreat just for women, Women, Sisters, Mothers and Grandmothers on Oct 30. Gerlinde Gelina, a German native who has been involved in Constellation work for more than 14 years, will join Karen. It will be great! (P.S. If enough women are interested, we'll present the retreat on Friday, Oct. 29, instead.)

Finally, save the date for our Fall Heath & Gift Fest on Nov. 13 as we celebrate our fifth year at Lake House and promote local shopping with local artisans and health professionals. Our own Helene Hellesen will give chair massages, and crafters will have jewelry, soap, purses, cards, photographs, gifts and many other cool things.

Lots more info here at Lake House's calendar.
